She’s produced highly rated series launch campaigns for Amazon, ABC, Nickelodeon, Travel Channel, truTV and USA. Leona’s also a vocalist and VO artist, you may have heard her opposite Colin Jost as the voice of IZOD’s talking sweater.

Sarah Sullivan
Senior Producer
Sarah is a Senior Producer at Northern Lights specializing in entertainment marketing for networks and streaming platforms. She leads campaigns from creative development through post, managing complex, high-volume deliverables across social, digital, and broadcast. Known for keeping ambitious creative on track, Sarah partners closely with stakeholders and creative teams to deliver polished, on-brand work at scale. Pat Carpenter
Executive Creative Director
Carpenter has creative directed and edited award-winning show launches, trailers, commercials, documentaries, and long form content. He’s led national brand campaigns for Amazon Prime Video, Olympics campaigns for NBC, and work for HBO, USA, SYFY, Nickelodeon and WWE. A native of New York City’s punk rock scene, Pat’s also the drummer for Mickey Leigh’s Mutated Music and a pioneer in the use of AI to tell stories and deliver audiences.

Derek Barbanti
Creative Director
Derek spent 10 years at Showtime developing campaigns for sports, theatricals, documentaries, and original series including Brotherhood, Dexter and Homeland, winning 2 Emmy Awards for his work. Since joining our team he has led launches, trailers, promos, co-branded and integrated marketing initiatives for Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Travel Channel, TBS, USA, truTV, and A+E. Derek’s also an avid photographer, and craft beer and wine connoisseur.

Greg Mitchels
Creative Director/Editor
Greg Mitchels has deep experience cutting and concepting trailers, image spots, upfronts, music videos, promos, brand content and series launch campaigns. Mitchels has led Promax, Emmy and Clio winning work for Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, ABC, USA, A&E, Comedy Central, History and Lifetime. Greg has edited PSAs for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, and World Down Syndrome Day.

Chris Carson
Editor
Chris Carson crafts compelling stories across commercials, trailers, and branded content, working with top networks and streamers including Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Paramount+, Peacock, NBC, and ABC. He brings deep sports experience from projects for ESPN, Under Armour, the Olympics, World Cup, and UEFA Champions League. A respected drummer and composer, Chris’s musicality and rhythm elevate every edit.

Tim Avery
Editor
Tim’s work spans promos, commercials, and co-branded content for clients including TBS, Paramount+, PBS, UEFA Champions League, USA, Professional Fighters League, Hachette, and Nickelodeon. Known for his collaborative approach, Tim focuses on clear brand storytelling while adding a personal visual style that elevates each piece. His credits also include animated shorts for Nickelodeon’s "Tiny Chef", produced by Imagine Entertainment. Outside the edit bay, Tim spends his time honing his voiceover talent and enjoys Dungeons & Dragons and other board games with friends.

His work has been honored at the Sundance Film Festival, Cannes Lions, Promax/BDA, Tellys, Emmys, The One Show and others.

Creative Director / Partner
Mark has over 30 years experience directing, writing, editing, and consulting. He’s concepted and directed commercials for Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Pillsbury, USA, and Food Network as well as produced and directed award winning feature documentaries, branded content, and TV pilots. Mark’s work has been honored by numerous film festivals, AICE Awards, Telly Awards, and The One Show.
