For the sixth Olympics in a row, our team partnered with NBC to support their Olympic marketing initiatives, driving fan excitement and engagement around the world’s biggest sporting event.
The Northern Lights Agency played an integral role, handling creative development, editorial and post-production for three hype initiatives — driving viewers to the opening ceremony with “Milan-Cortina Olympics Spectacle”, highlighting the artistry of the U.S. Figure Skating team with “All The Things She Said”, and teasing what’s next with Kate Hudson’s “LA28 California Dreamin’”.
“The 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics opening ceremony averaged 21.4 million viewers across NBC and Peacock, a 34% increase from the 2022 Beijing Games.”

LA 28 “CALIFORNIA DREAMIN’”
Our work included an anthem film promoting the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, which aired during the closing ceremony of Milan Cortina, starring Kate Hudson performing her own rendition of “California Dreamin’”.
